wall sculptures

A home with painted walls, furniture placed is incomplete without any wall decoration. These maybe paintings or sculptures that can be hung up. In the Indian palaces one could see masks hung on the corridor walls. These could be the armory or of various mythological figures representing the good and evil. In fact many people put up evil looking wall sculptures to ward away any evil forces.

A lot of people put up an idol of the God they worship. This could be sculpted out of metal, marble, clay or ceramic. In Indian homes the popular wall sculptures are those of various forms of the Gods & Goddesses etc.

Among the western wall sculptures the mask is commonly available. These maybe of clowns or theater performers. The masks are manly made of clay and are hand painted, giving it a feel of being real. While most of these can be put up in the drawing room or in the bedroom, there are a variety of other sculptures created especially for the children, which include those of fairy tale characters, animals, birds, dolls, etc.

You could also place an order for custom made wall sculptures in case you are looking for something in particular to complete the theme of the room you are doing up. For instance if you own a boutique dealing in Indian clothes, then you would prefer to put up sculptures relating to fashion on your walls.
